You should allways bet for protection and value there!
If he had sets or 2 pair, he will reraise you on the flop himself for protection. Even if a good heart hit (that doesn't complete a straight or is very likely to make him 2 pair), I would probably bet again for protection and free showdown!

Hi maheepsangari,

i would bet turn and river myself.

You play vs fish with only half of the stack so your plan has to be to put all his money on the table:)

On the turn you just gave him a free card and this is exactly what u don't want vs players like that. He will call your bet here with any draw and any Tx hand maybe even 9x hand so bet bet bet:)

Being against such a fish I'd Bet the flop even bigger ~$0,40 even. And definitely bet the turn for protection and value from worse, way too weak to take pot control in that kind of spot.
