Preflop: Why do you min-raise? Make a normal raise of 4xBB.
Flop: Why do you Bet so small? You have to protect your hand, therefore Bet it bigger. After you get raised it becomes already complicated either to continue or not. Since a lot of strong made hands are in his range.
Turn: If you do even continue then most likely I'd fold it here, you don't beat that many hands are you are OOP, wont see that many safe cards on the river anyways which you are able to Call.

I decided to min-raise in order to get some action from bb, actually I put myself in difficult situation, I think I completly messed up here.

Don't do that. Make a normal raise.
