So if I was to buy 20% then I'd cover 20% of your losses if you end up in a minus and get 10% of your profits in case you show a plus? Just to make it extra clear

I'd like to reserve 20% for $350 until I make my mind up (likely today evening or tomorrow afternoon latest) if that's possible.

Exactly what he said, if he loses the 35BI, and you're in for 20% of the 50% being sold, that's 10% of the losses being covered by you, as he's selling 50% of his action, but counting the "sold" actions as a 100% block which I can see how it becomes confusing.

Indeed as he mentioned, if you buy 20% of the action being sold, for $350, that's 10% of the total $3500 for $100*$35 BI being requested.

sorry for the confusion.

im selling 50% of my action.

Maximum amount of losses TOTAL = 35BIs = $3500
50% of $3500 = $1750 = Max losses for BACKERS (This is the total package 100% = total package)
10% = $175 buys you 10% of the package = 10% of the 50% im selling.
This means you cover 10% of 50% of the losses, or get 10% of 50% of the profits.
hopefully that is more clear.

some confusion with the current deal im in. so in order to make everyone happy (including my current backers) im postponing this deal for a few more days. need to play a few more games with my current backers to clear the air. should start 1 or 2 days after the date I originally said.

Would like to add 60s to the deal as well, making it 50/50 on 60s and 50/50 on 100s with 1k games total. Same stop-loss ($3,5k or $1750 for backers) so cost of deal is the same.
