The only mistake I feel I done here was betting to small on the Flop, I should be betting Pot here, perhaps even more?

MP: $15.22 (152.2 bb)
CO: $10 (100 bb)
BTN: $13.67 (136.7 bb)
Hero (SB): $10.27 (102.7 bb)
BB: $15.68 (156.8 bb)
UTG: $5.15 (51.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 8 7
4 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, BB calls $0.20

Flop: ($0.60) J T 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.40, BB raises to $0.90, Hero raises to $2.50, BB calls $1.60

Turn: ($5.60) T (2 players)
Hero checks, BB checks

River: ($5.60) Q (2 players)
Hero checks, BB checks

Results: $5.60 pot ($0.25 rake)

Spoiler

Final Board: J T 9 T Q
Hero showed 8 7 and lost (-$2.80 net)
BB showed K J and won $5.35 ($2.55 net)

I would go for bet/fold the turn. No worse hand would raise that turn, imo

Hello MattDenness,

Why do you CB so small and 3bet size so small? You are giving him odds for any kind of draw there. :( But otherwise not much to do on turn & river.

Best Regards.
