It means you should be playing with 100BB so it's $2.

I did start at $2, but losing at that point. So this means I should auto rebuy to 100bb everytime? What's the main advantage of auto rebuy?

Yes, auto-rebuy all the time. You will be able to get maximum value from the opponents. ;) That's what BSS is about.
