It sucks but river is a fold. He very very rarely shoves worse for value here.

I expect him to raise all of his sets/2p on the flop/turn. He also rarely check shoves these on the river.

So his range is pretty much just flushes.

Also for future use bigger sizing on all streets. Generally if he is calling a half pot cbet he will call a 3/4 cbet too. So get that extra few bb of value

Flop: Why do you Bet the flop in first place and what's the reason for Betting even so small? Being in a multiway pot I would most likely just Check behind. Or if you even decide to go for protection from draw then bet bigger.

As played
Turn: No way to Bet it so small, practically giving very good implied odds for the opponent.

As played
River: Bet/Fold it, especially when the draw even completes. What else do you expect to see here while he got really good odds on both streets and the Check/Called both of them? It's only towards to a draw.
