Hello nipbourne,

Depends a lot on the villain on the turn, do you think he is capable of paying you with a lot worse hands 2 more streets? Might even bet better idea to let him bluff against you and Check/Call there. But as you do Bet then it's really dumb spot cause you could easily be against 8x, just beat bluffs or if he really is capable of floating with Qx. :)

And obviously Bet/Call the turn and Check/Fold doesn't really make sense, then rather just Bet/Fold the turn right away.

Best Regards.

I agree c/c the turn is better.
as played you dont think he can blocking raise with pps for freeshowdown?it's only 3.75:1.and the combos of 66/8x is few.

What do you mean block-raise? He is either turning his hand into bluff or has a made hand.

Depends a lot on the opponent, how much he does Bet, what kind of card on river and etc. :) No default line in poker to follow.
