Hero checks, SB bets 600.00, Hero raises to 1,166.00, SB calls 566.00

Turn: (2932.00, 2 players) 7♣

River: (2932.00, 2 players) J♣

villain 61/8 post flop he was a call st too, very loose to shdwn. when he bet pot on the flop, it seemed like he had a weak range (he bluffed like this once before), def not a PP, so it thought i could be good with my hand.

I think that if he's very loose you have a point but he made it 3x preflop and he's a station. I wouldn't be surprised if he turned over AQ or AJ here.

Had he been raising too much pf, then 3bet.

JUST my opinion!

he wasn't raiseing PF very much in the early stages, but when the blinds got bigger he started raiseing a lot more. so i took his PF raises at this stage to be looser.

3bet? why didn't i think of that?

If your read is accurate I think a pf shove would have been best. We'll see what the others will say though

Hard to justify not shoving pre against anyone. Anything but flatting pre.

Flop is ok i guess, but I actually prefer calling flop and calling river to keep in spew bluffs that will fold to your flop shove.

This. Flatting pre is far inferior to shoving.
