Villain was pretty aggresive. I considered folding on the river, but the pot-sized bet really seemed like he was trying to push me out, and the 7 seemed like a perfect card to bluff at(from his perspective obv). Played correctly?

Hello Deekaayo,

Preflop: If he is so aggressive then most likely I wouldn't steal in first place here with such a hand being OOP.

As played
Postflop: Bet yourself on the river to get value from worse and avoid him Checking behind some pairs. If you said he is aggressive and he might be able to bluff here then of course Check/Call is an option to let him bluff with missed hands.
