Raise/fold flop here, we get much more information. BB is quite aggro and mp is a fish so I think this line is optimal.

Maybe raising for value is the right play.

I would raise flop for value unless he has low donkbet% and check/raise% + fish is never folding Jx.

Yeah but in that case it is a completely different story as their action represent so much strength. We are behind at least one of their ranges.

Here is a bit different, the guy that dnks is quite aggro and could do this with variety of hands (TP, mid pair, bluff ...) and fishy just calls which means his range is weak.

In addition BB donkbet% = 40 so it's a clear valueraise

I think calling flop is fine, you can raise there, but I doubt yo get called down by worse hands and likely only J or A are scare cards. Getting these odds I would likely call MP2 shove and check it down on the river

There is an advance discuss in Bogdans Stats Surgeon pt.1 video on a identical situation, which nicely shows why raising is better in these spots where there is one shorter stack in the pot. Calling is okay but raising is superior.
