On the flop I have 9 outs for the nut Flush and 3 outs for the nut straight so when the villain checkraises me I can easily shove?

Pretty standard and mandatory stack off here. You are ahead of 2 pair, and have around 38% against a set I would guess so more than enough to get your money in. Add to that villain might be on a semi bluff with a hand like QJ98 you certainly can't consider anything other than shoving this flop after getting checkraised.
