i just joined not a month ago and was awarded with the starting capital and now regularly playing with everest poker. i am trying to add more to my bankroll thru moneybookers but after signing up and click 'upload money' i received a warning page saying that they have a policy that don't allow my location to use their services for poker.

do you mean moneybookers doesnt allow users from your country? then you will simply have to find another option to deposit. why dont you look at the Everest deposit page and see what other options you have? where are you from?
