annoying HEM

this only happens when HEM is open - i havent used HM2 in a long time but it was doing this stuff before. now i'm playing again and its started doing this stuff.
also, when i try and replay hands with the replayer my screen crashes and turns off for a bit then when it comes back on everything seems okay but i get a bubble message saying:
"X Display driver stopped responding and has recovered.
Display driver Intel Graphics Accelerator Drivers for Windows Vista(R)
stopped responding and has successfully recovered."
im not sure how to sort this out but it's really bugging me. HEM worked fine and i was happy with it but ever since upgrading to HM2 it's been annoying me. hope someone can help me out.
