Why are you only buying in to NL25 with $10? Or are you playing a midstack game?

Just curious

Up to now I supposed that it was a terrible mistake to be involved to poker.
It doesn't matter if you know how to play, if you can't.
But suddenly everything changed.
Verneer , who is very respectful in the whole community, read my post (or listened my cries), and offered to help me. And the most important FOR FREE. I don't know what is going to happen, and what the results will have but in any case this is an amazing offer. It is the first time in my "poker carrier", that I find some hope.
We are going to work together through this blog , and any advices are also wellcome. I hope everyone to see my future progress.

About the hand:

This is also al point of myzelf that needs a little attention:

respecting an UTG open:

Most of the time when a player opens from UTG you can give him this range:

66+, ATs+, AQo+

This range is crushing your hand, so if its an solid player i will fold preflop.
As played check behind river, they will only call with better than Ax

I've started coaching with Verneer and I have to say that the guy is really amazing. At first he reviews ALL my hands EVERY DAY. But the most important, is that he focus to pass me the fundamentals. He knows that I know them, but he also knows that I cannot apply them at my game. So, at this stage, I must take the most simple decisions. Because when I try to put in hand reading, type of opponent, stake sizes, metagame and so on, the resurt is wrong. This leads to tilt and this drives to more wrong desicions. If emosions are involved in your desicion making procedure, the less complicated the desicions you have to takeare, less affected will be by your emotions.
As an example, here is a hand that I played, and the comments Verneer did about it. MP1 is 60/0/0 after 132 hands, but with Flop Af: 4.2

I thought that I had played that hand, more or less right. BUT, Verneer's comments:
Just check/fold the flop.
Don't bet into two people.
Don't call a raise.
You have no equity.
You only invested $0.75 preflop.
Why are you throwing away $8 postflop?
When you bet
bet becaues you have a hand
or you have equity
don't bet with nothing in multi-way pots
So - for the next three days.
1. Continue playing tight.
2. Stop bluffing on turns and rivers
send me an update on Sunday and I'll talk to yoiu then.
Remember - I will check out your hands.

The last comment is the most important. A respectful member of the community decided to spend some of his time to evolve my game, without any profit (Don't forget that he coaches me for free). It is my obligation to follow his instructions. I have to prove him that I am serious about poker and that he doesn't spend his time without reason.

So, I follow his instructions, I open raise according to the charts of his book, and although it is very early (I have played about 5000 hands with him ) my green line has stopped falling down.
Verneer has put me first goal : Try to lose less.

Can you post the graph only of the last 5000 hands?Also,can you post your stats before and after the start of the coaching?I think that it would be very nice to see how your gameplay changed
