I had an email from you guys about 30 minutes ago saying you have sent the $50 to my full tilt account. have just checked and nothing shows up?
Should it be there?

Hello jon162,

There is occasionally a time gap between the E-mail and the money actually appearing on the account. Sometimes it can take up to 10 hours for the money to appear.
