Villain was looking like a maniac so I thought that his range for donking a flop as dry as this one should be quite weak and that I should see him usually folding vs. a raise.

Don't see the turn as a good card to continue as it connects with his range and I can't represent much.

Should I give him more credit because his limping range should be made of all the hands that can connect with that flop hence I should not expect him to b/f here?

Hi,

I would wait there tp+ to then only raise for value and I would never raise to potsize lead, since it is usually very strong range that he would not going to fold

Best regards,
