The hand in this example doesn't matter that much, but it illustrates a spot where I wonder what the right/best adjustment is. The villain in question is restealing very wide. His stats tell me that he is just restealing 9% but I'm pretty certain he is way wider than that (more like 15-20%). How do we adjust against such a wide restealer? If I just nit up, by how much? I mean I can't just be raising for value here obv.
I made some calculations with ICM explorer and he has to be restealing 25% to make this a raise/call with a hand like KTs. But, the question is, do we really want to go down this road of raise/calling him light for 16BB eff?
So I guess the question is, how can I calculate the point of not being exploited by r/f too much, but also not giving too many walks to the blinds?
Against this particular villain (he is a reg) I have quite an aggro dynamic going on, because he jams up to 17BB sometimes so he doesn't have to r/f.
