Although the sample is small, you can derive from his stats that this villain doesn't seem to be particularly aggro. Taking that in consideration I think he always has your TP beat here.

I guess your thinking was that he was on a draw and that is why you called, but I would want to see some proof that he is capable of that before I make these calls. Secondly, if he would be on a draw, wouldn't he go for max FE?

i probably just pot control the turn here. i expect my hand to be good on the turn quite often but not often enough to bet/go broke. so my plan is to check back turn on the bubble and snap most rivers (depending on timings/sizings as well). playing IP here makes pot controlling much easier.

as played fold to the turn cr. hes not bluffing
