I just went through my e-mail confirmations to verify, and I've both deposited and cashed out from Unibet repeatedly in October and November using Moneybookers.
Perhaps there's a regional restriction?
Will have a look into this and update.

I deposited on Unibet using Moneybookers this week so it is definitely an available option. Also if you go on their main page (at the bottom) they have Skrill as one of their partners/deposit options.
I know previously (12 months+) you couldn't deposit via Skrill or there was some problem, but perhaps as Richard said above it was to do with my location that may be the problem you have at the moment.
