Hi, they sent me this in an email:
"PokerStars is proud to announce the launch of the new PokerStars.eu client! We are now fully licensed within the European Union, and regulated by the Maltese Lotteries and Gaming Authority."
My question is, will the players from different countries pay tax now, or all that about the taxes will be ignored by this ? I can't find the link, but I remember something like above 600RON taxable, greece at 20% taxable and many others aswell.
