I registered and received me starting capital and have been building it for 3 months. When I try to increase my limits and try tournements with more than a $1+0.20 fee it tells me seat denied. I i have 686 lifetime sp points and only my poker770 account is being tracked. If there is 5 sp points per $1 in rake i should have generated over $100 in rake. 686/5 = $137.20. WTF?

each day you generate 1 SP you are awarded 10 SP from pokerstrategy. So assume you make 1 point for 30 days you get 300 additional points

This is correct.
If you minus all the Bonus Points you have earned and then divide by 5, it will give you the accurate rake amount you have generated
