Hi all, Posting this for interest, before you all make fun of me. I almost never and I mean never play AX this way.I only did it as I had been abusing my chip lead to death, and hoped the ss would shove or at least flop something.

Pre flop is what it is ......I know raise.

Post flop????

Yep raise preflop :)

As played bet flop or bet turn. Clear value bet spots where you have almost always best hand and you can get value from many weaker hands.

Hi,

Raise preflop! Do not make it a habit limping big hands in the mid/late blind levels, it's usually not good. You want to play your big pairs vs 1, max 2 opponents, you don't want to see multiway pots. That is in general.

As for the hand, I think I will bet flop/turn and probably small value bet on the river as it's gonna be hard for him to be calling with worse, but maybe he continues with some 4x or 6x on a small bet.

As played, clear value bet on both turn and river.

P.s. Please, use different hand converter. This one is good - click me

Sry about format this hand just didn't want to convert for some reason.

Basically I am trying to induce a shove by the short stack. When the turn hit the second Jack my gut just said I was beat, but felt like I needed to bet the river just in case.

I was getting hit by the deck and just felt a cooler.Wonder if we make those things come................

Thanks

Our opponent checks twice, there is no reason for us to believe that we are beat. Even if he doesn't bet his jack on the flop or goes for a c/c or c/r, he should be betting the turn for sure! But once again, I like raising preflop much better.
