Could you explain how it got "messed up" ?

Because i signed up via the registration link on here a while ago, but never clicked information sharing and then it just never sent it to you, but now pokerstars are saying i cant change that information and there isnt a way to reverse it anymore..

If you signed up trough us, I don't think there should be a problem.

I'll get someone who knows more about it to come have a look

Information sharing can be changed everytime you log into the software afaik.

Problem could be only if codes and links you used weren't correct.
