I don't normally 3bet this hand unless I can get an SPR under 1. I chose to this time because I had 3bet this guy before and every time he 4bet me. He was playing really aggro and spewy so I tried to induce him to do the same.

Do you think that this is still a bad idea regardless because if he 3bets.

Regardless of the fact that I win the hand I still don't like my move on the flop. I think I should donk smaller because this player also folds to cbet like 60% so is playing fairly fit or fold.

You're 250 bets deep and in the small blind with junk aces (quite possibly two of the worst sidecards (AA72 maybe the worse?). I agree you shouldn't be 4 betting preflop here but seeing as you did...

This is one of the better flops for your hand and you hit 2 pair. I don't think you should worry about being balanced here. You can't be pricing in villain if he has any kind of draw so I agree with just potting the flop in this spot. If you try and get fancy here (like going for a checkraise or betting smaller) then you risk making a horrible mess of the turn card.
