good fold, close 3-bet ^^
but i think the new shc tells you to do so. imo questionable play to 3-bet an utg raiser with 99 on this limit.

postflop: you can assume that he only caps something like QQ+ and AK, maybe JJ... so you are most likely almost dead or down to 2 outs + you don´t have the odds to draw
