[Closed] Hands don't import automatically

Sounds strange. So it imports some hands and then stops? Does it import the old hands after a restart or never? Are you running elephant as administrator?

If I restart it imports all the hands. I am running as administrator.

Are the hands not displayed in the Hands Tab or are they not updated i your HUD?

I have same problem. The import from my titan history does not work.
I check directly in postgre and the db (table "game") is empty.
Is there any log where i can find some information ?
Do u have an idea to fix this problem ?

I fixed the problem.
I'm french user and used Titan in french.
I installed the english release of titan and now the automatical hand import works.
However, i cannot import all the data generated by titan when i used french release.
I opened the xml files to check if titan generates different xml files if u used french or english release. There is no difference!
So my question, did the manual import work ?
Has everybody already succeeded in importing data (not real live data) ?

I found the problem of import of french titan poker files.
In the <game type>, in english u have "Holdem ..." and in french un have "Hold'em ..."
If u remove ' in the french file, it imports correctly !
Is it possible to fix the bug, dear developpers ?
