Fold preflop? QT87 makes an awful lot of non nut straights, plus being out of position against 3 opponents leads to some horrible situations, as you found out.

Flop looks a little unbalanced to me, would you donk a set here or go for a checkraise? There is a fair proportion of bad turn cards for you, it's pretty much a flip (there are 20 'blank' turn card and 21 bad turn cards with the last 4 cards giving you a full house)

Do you really want to bloat the pot on the flop against 2 opponents who wont fold knowing that half the deck on the turn puts a straight on the board (or pairs the 4)?

This is one of those spots on the flop where you either get stacks in to the middle or you check and wait for a safe card. I think to do this you will have to bet a little smaller on the flop (so that bad turn cards don't cost you as much) then go for a turn checkraise to get your money in right there.

But as always these horrible post flop decisions happen as a result of loose preflop calls in the blinds.
