bad play by mp1 because he didn´t protect his hand at all against a possible flush draw. also he gave you the opportunity to check behind the river which is probably what you should have done.
i can´t see many worse hands calling after you raised preflop and there are 3 to a flush and 4 to straight on the board.

I like the riverbet. He is for sure able to call with just a Q or J. But fold to cthe check/raise. You are nearly always beaten.

mh wow you really have to think that the opponents at this limit are horrible. would you also bet it on 1/2, 2/4 or your own limit (against unknown) ?
imo this is a really close value bet and i wouldn´t make it against a completely unknown player on this board. the fold is easy then of course...

I would bet this again at 2/4 yes if the opponent is somewhat of a calling station. It is unlikely that he has a T or a flush because he didn't raise, if he has a K so be it. But we have valuebets against a worse Q, a J and sometimes even against a 9.

It's not really a clear valuebet for me, but I think I'm good here 50% of the time because he never raised you and the river is a complete blank.

ok i´m shocked... i talked a bit to nrockets and flaake and it seems that the opponents are even worse than they were when i quit fl.
according to nrockets it´s also an easy vb against unknown (!) on 5/10 or even higher... i think i have to puke. how the hell can you call with a J on this board ?
the funny thing is that i right now i feel like i´m on tilt ^^

O didnt read the unkown bit. I think I would valuebet it yes, most of the unknowns I play against will call here with a J :P

yeah right... now it´s very easy to answer the question...
and all of a sudden the callingstation thing doesn´t matter anymore, huh ? ;)

You play too much NL.

EDIT: I had no chance posting earlier but my answer would have been: Yes. Good to know that nrockets thinks so too. :)

ok i believe you . you said all the way that you would bet it, so...

i like the challenge.. there are less people calling with third pair on a 4 connected and 3 suited board ^^
