CO is a fish (56/12 over 25 hands), BTN is unknown, but the blinds are tight.
Is this an open? After we get flatted pre is this a c/f on 100% of flops?

I think from HJ its too loose, esp if loose caller behind, hard to play this oop. As played i think c-bet is standard on this flop.

If opponent is a fish, I would just c/call or c/f on the flop. It's still in the early game and blinds are getting high, not much point to push the fish around as they will go out themselves.

Exactly this!
If fish is one blinds i would happily play suited A ip (don't get married to ace if you hit one)
