cant find where to change from $ to euros at tourney results it keeps saying I play 11$ sng HU when I do 3 euros.

The HM1 tourney section doesn't support different currencies so you can only change it to 3$ buyin.
11$ is the default buyin which HM1 uses if the pokersite doesn't write any buyin info into the handhistories or summary files.
You can edit this default buyin under Settings...
and you can edit each tourney manually under Tourney -> Results -> Dataview.
