strange play from SB... Looks like a slowplay, or a fish.

The flop reraise with toppair + gutshot to the nut on a pretty weak bet is good.

The turn bet is so small that you have to call, because of the odds, depending on the kind on player he is, and the reads you have on him. On the other hand, there a really few hands you still beat that would have played like that... I think that i would have fold turn then come to this forum to post the hand ^o^
The river is not good for you, there are almost no hands you beat. I would have fold.

Try not to post results till later. Without looking at results raising flop looks good but i don't like the bet size. He is given odd 1:3 for a call. I'd tend to bet ~$5.5. I call turn and fold river. Give him credit for betting 3 streets.

Looking at results : He may have folded his Kx to a bigger raise on flop.

I would re-raise 5$, since flop is drawy and call down his turn and river bets.
He might trying to get cheap showdown with Ax or bluff with busted flushdraw.
