it could also be missed FD, but without reads that villain peels fd and donk bluff missed rivers fold is way to go.
Anything else got there a lot of two pairs, two str8s heavily in his range.

I call river here, he has enough missed flushdraws IMO compared to QJ and KQ hands, especially given that villains will often raise with KQ against us on the flop or turn.
