CO: $4.28 (107 bb)
SB: $7.39 (184.8 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 7 7
3 folds, MP3 raises to $0.16, 3 folds, Hero calls $0.12

Flop: ($0.34) 7 8 J (2 players)
Hero checks, MP3 bets $0.22, Hero calls $0.22

Turn: ($0.78) 2 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.56, MP3 folds

How to extract more value from my sets? :f_confused:
I'm trying different lines, but lately nothing works...

Hello Oly0909,

Well, against different opponents we can pick different lines here. Against some I might even just Check/Raise it right on the flop and protect my hand from any kind of draws. Against some I would tend even to Check/Call flop donk the turn if I think they are checking behind often. Against some we might even Check/Call flop, Check/Call turn & Check/Shove river to keep bluffs and weaker hands in his range.

But your line seems to be fine, why are you result oriented?
