Preflop was too loose 3bet by me (I guess), But my main concern is flop line. Was it correct line or cbet-flop was better choice?

UTG is weak loose passive and BTN is TAG.

Preflop is probably a fold to be honest. Unsuited hands are very weak in PLO, even when you flop the nuts you risk getting freerolled by someone with the same straight plus flush redraw.

A straight is the nuts on 10% of boards, the other 90% being flushes or full houses/quads boards so you should be looking at playing hands that will have the nuts on the river, rather than on the flop.

I don't like checkraising a TAG on this flop because he either has a flush draw, or a stronger 2 pair and we're not really favourite against either significantly. With only 6 outs to the nuts on the turn all we really have is a bluff catcher, and while villain will bet this flop quite wide, by raising we turn our hand into a bluff almost.
