It's ok to play bet/fold on the Turn as he could have peeled with a lot on the Flop and on the River you should just give up. bd Flushdraw came in, T9 came in and i think your foldequity against 7x is too marginal to consider betting again. He looks like a passive guy by now whos likely to show down any pair. I would not expect tough folds and if he bets he could sometimes have K9 or KT but that's it actually. Not enough busted Hands that you could catch up a bluff.
