Can I call his C/R on the river? Think I must because I'm potcommited in this case. Villain is a 64/14 fish btw.

Poker Stars, $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

SB: $0.78 (39 bb)
BB: $2.63 (131.5 bb)
UTG: $1.05 (52.5 bb)
Hero (MP): $2 (100 bb)
CO: $4.97 (248.5 bb)
BTN: $0.96 (48 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP with K Q
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.08, CO calls $0.08, 2 folds, BB calls $0.06

Flop: ($0.25) 7 5 5 (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.16, CO calls $0.16, BB folds

Turn: ($0.57) Q (2 players)
Hero bets $0.36, CO calls $0.36

River: ($1.29) 4 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.78, CO raises to $1.56, Hero ???

Hello michel2311,

First of all he can't Check/Raise you cause he has the position. For Check/Raise you would need to Check first. But about the play well, what do you expect to beat on the river? :) If you want to play for the stacks then rather just bet bigger on the turn and ship river.

Best Regards.

 Of course this is no C/R. Think I still was sleeping....

About the play, any 5 would beat me and 77, 44, Q4, Q7, 74, AQ and QQ.
This is how I put villain on a range:

I think villain has not QQ here because he only called preflop. Q4 and 74 are clear folds even for a fish. He can call with suited connectors and PP say TT-22. Because villain is fishy suited broadways are included too.

On the flop I think I can say AQ would be a fold and maybe 44 but I don't think he lays a pp down here. Keeping also Q7s in his range because he hitted TPTK with it.

Turn gives a Q and I hit TPTK. Villains callingrange here would be Q7 and TT-22. Don't think he has 77 or 55 because he would have raised me on the flop or turn.

River gives a 4 is a blank for me but now villain raises me. There are some hands in his range that beat me but also some hands that I beat.

With TPTK I really don't like to go broke because I think most times against this sort of play you're beat and the best thing is to fold. But in this case I only have to call $0.78 (broke) for a $3.63 pot.
