This guy is playing 28/25 seems like somewhat of a reggish type.

Flop is also a standard c-bet for value vs 99-QQ, 89, FD, Ahi floats.
Turn plan here is actually to bet rather small then if the river bricks go for a check call to induce from his missed draws (his AF OTR over 360 hands was 4 at the time) He might even turn something like TT, 99 and 89 into a bluff here.
Is this a bad play, do we have enough info to do this? Is this just a cf?
