i'm looking for a site which spreads razz, at best with:
- HU tables
- HU sngs with a very fast structure
any ideas besides stars?
is there a site that tracks razz cash game results,
like pokertableratings does for hodelm?

Merge and Stars are pretty much the only sites I know of spreading Razz right now. FTP use to have a very solid platform for Razz and HU Razz, but... well... you know how that goes. Hopefully some more doors will open up in the not too distant future.
As far as tracking games is concerned, I don't know of any sites that track Razz tables.
