I need cbet flop always right, Is the only street that I can extract value from worse hands .. Or pot control and try get to sdw ?
As played you need to check down cos of how the board ran out. But I would make a small bet on a low river card, but check back on this King.
Betting and checking are both options. Betting is extremely good when you know villain rarely c/c 9X or TT+ here and calls Ace highs pretty often. I think many opponents play in this way so I think you have a vbet on the Flop.

Definitely need to CB the flop for value and protection. No way I am checking behind. But as played not much to add, you can't really bet cause then you turning your hand into bluff. 
But I don't really see what folds there what beats you.
