Turn my bet is horrible rght? or 55-88 can call? or he can turn this hands on bluff cause he represent a weak range, or can have set that only call flop IP.
You can as well just take pot control and not isolate against very strong hands. Although what you can do is that you could treat those small bets usually as Checks and make a standard CB while add the 30cent into pot.
