If I din't get the flush, I'd give up on the river, of course. But did I play well? I had poor pot odds, but weren't the implied odds good in case I hit the flush?

Hello carrapa,

Preflop: While your hand is strong enough you could easily even isolate here.

As played
Postflop: Bet the flop yourself and might even gain fold equity! Your play is totally spew cause you don't get the implied odds on turn!

Best Regards.

getting the passive line out of possition is not that bad for me!

but on the turn you have 2:1 and you need 4:1 with you flush draw also the board is paired meaning that maybe your outs are not all clean

fold the turn! calling is -ev in the long run

10000% raise pre, we have a v.v.v.v good hand and there is alot of deadmoney here. Nobody will have AK/AA/KK so we are never ever dominated here and usually dominate alot of ranges, Axss, kq, etc

Well, depends for how much but I would most likely plan to fold if it's a bigger raise cause it's also a paired board. :)
