My Elephant won't work because it says that I need to upgrade my version.
So i uninstalled my current version and installed the newer one and still doesn't work 
Can somebody please tell me how to make it work again?

Yes, thanks as well. This new version should probably be put in the software list, as when the elephant software tells you your version is out of date it has a link which it tells you to use, that link takes you to the old version not the one you've linked us to here.
