so i had to set my computer back using system restore now icant use poker tracker after i install it i have to install that pokerqus thing or what ever and i get an error about my port when i do that so i have no idea what to do 0.0 poker tracker was working before

I assume you mean PostrgeSQL?
If it is just download PT3 Beta v.9 with PostgreSQL and allow PT3 to install the database software.
