I got similar email on Friday but instead of depositing I was asked to make 30 status points which equals to $15 of rake. It is said here http://www.888poker.com/poker-promotions/bonusbox-terms.htm

that emails will be sent out on Mondays to verify when player completes his challenge. I made those points during weekend but did not receive confirmation email. Has anyone got that kind of email confirming that he has completed challenge and is rewarded this BonusBox promotion?Am I missing something here?

Probably the most incompetent customer support. Even everest is better, since even tho it always takes a week for them to answer, they actually answer the question instead of just talking some bs.
