you're probably getting it in vs worse overpairs, so playing for stacks seems fine
the question is rather, with which hands is he going to call your stack-raise there? i think i'd raise smaller (nearly minraise?) to look like a cheap bluff and make him pot commited
just calling flop seems bad because high turncards may be action killers

Hi,

you don´t have to raise it that big on low paired board, since most likely you end up getting all-in anyway against his overpairs. So to make sure he would b/c all his overpairs I would raise to 0.6$ to then put him all-in any turn card
