Hi i just changed software from PT3 to HEM2.
HEM2 dose not import my hands so my HUD is not update it works for about 10 hands then it freezes. I know i have the correct map choosen where the HH is saved. And i know that pokerstars is saving the HH. Any tips ?
From your explanation of the problem i'm pretty sure there is something wrong with the handhistory import configuration.

And please make sure that PT3 is not running while you are playing and HM2 is active too.
