I do not wish to receive promotion for certain poker rooms because they are spam for me. Is there a way to unsubscribe certain promotions?

Hi ragney
If you go to your profile and then scroll all the way down then you will see "your personal data". The first thing there is "Subscribe to our newsletter", on the left of that there is a link called "Click here to manage your newsletter subscriptions" click there and then you can choose which e-mails you want to receive and which not.

Do you mean the promotions from the Poker Rooms themselves? (Such as PokerStars, PartyPoker & 888 for example)
If so, some of the Poker Rooms allow this within their own options, other than that the emails usually come with an "Unsubscribe" Button at the bottom of the email.
If you can't stop the emails this way, you can always add the address to your Filters and Block them or contact the Poker Rooms Support and tell them you'd like to stop receiving them.
