Is this for real?

As far as i understand, you don't bid only 0,01$ or something like you see, you actually buy 'bids':

Bids packs are available as follows:

- 75 bids for only $52.00 or 70¢ each
- 150 bids for only $90.00 or 60¢ each
- 300 bids for only $165.00 or 55¢ each
- 500 bids for only $250.00 or 50¢ each

So i guess everyone buys bids and then it's up to who has more spare time to just be in front of a PC and bid like mad and at the right time.
I guess it could be legit.
