would a raise on turn have been more profitable? didnt want to scare someone out and got lucky that SB fired a potsized barrel on river...

I would bet flop, check turn, bet river

i'd raise turn. there aren't any hands that can suck out against you (obviously), but there are cards that can scare an opponent into check/folding or bet/folding (in this case).

betting the flop is a must.

alright thx, im kinda paralyzed everytime i hit a super monster ♦
actually im extremlely passive postflop if i wastn preflop aggressor.. what about being raised when betting flop in this spot, get it all-in right there due to my outs? or call flop, fold turn if i didnt improve since its a pretty early blind level

get it all in against anyone who is even moderately aggressive. only play it passively against passive players who raise you, cause that means a set :(

@unam, i prefer to get my money in with 2 cards to see with semi-monsterdraws like this, early in a tournament. ICM tax is quite low at this point.

maybe simply a question of style though...
