I received the first $10, received second $10 next week, another 3rd week. You need to generate $0.5 rake to receive the next payment. If you "put it all on red" and lost without shipping $0.5 to the house - you're done for.

Sorry to read you lost your first $10 
You will receive the second $10 increment as long as you have raked 50c from the first $10. If you have earned 2.5 or more StrategyPoints in Poker770 then you will definitely get the second $10.
This will be sent to your account seven days after the first increment was recieved.
This happens every seven days, as long as you rake the required 50c.
You can always unlock the whole amount by depositing $100 of your own cash.
